wonderful smell food presentation unpleasant staff table collection
the hotel was clean i noticed a wonderful smell upon entering. there was plenty of choice in the restaurant i found the food presentation excellent.
the hotel bar staff were not pleasant at all i felt. they started collecting things on the table while we were sitting before the singer finished her performance.

The breakfast had a vast range of food. The quality was excellent. All the reception staff were multilingual. They were approachable and knowledgeable.
The walls seemed thin (I could hear everything!). The door wasn't soundproof enough. The bathroom door was broken. The balcony door was also broken.

Fantastic Stay
friendly staff relaxing atmosphere
The staff was friendly. They assisted me with all my needs. The hotel also has a great spa, where I received an amazing massage from a skilled professional. I found the atmosphere in the dining room relaxing. The staff efficiently replaced food, so it never ran out.
The hotel still functions as if it were the 60s. To get a towel for the pool, I was asked to pay a cash deposit. I didn't carry any cash, and I feel the procedure is outdated.

The hotel's location is very central to the town. I could walk around the town comfortably and conveniently access all the attractions and amenities nearby. It is a peaceful area.

friendly staff breakfast variety perfect room
I found the staff very friendly and they made an effort to greet me. Breakfast had really good variety, something for everyone. The room was cleaned perfectly each day, it was great.
Noise was a problem, there was no insulation between the rooms. There were also no drink facilities for soft drinks or tea. I wanted more options for hydration.

This hotel offered free available parking across the road, which I appreciated. There are nice pool area also, with plenty of loungers . I saw the hotel has a gym. I did not use it, but noted treadmills.

Angela at check-in was excellent, she gave me a complimentary breakfast upgrade. The staff are really friendly. They are quick to respond to requests. I found them very helpful.
